Terms and Conditions
These terms apply when you use the Impundu website, create an account, place an online order, or apply to participate in an Impundu programme.

An order is accepted once Impundu confirms it. Prices are shown in South African rand. Online orders are processed only after successful Yoco confirmation or manual approval of proof of payment for another enabled payment method.
Accounts
You are responsible for accurate information and for keeping your login details secure. We may suspend access where misuse, fraud, unauthorised activity, or a breach of these terms is reasonably suspected.
Delivery and availability
Stock and delivery estimates are subject to availability and the address supplied. We will contact you if fulfilment is delayed or an item cannot be supplied. Delivery charges are displayed before order submission.
Reseller pages
Direct requests sent to a reseller through their public profile are arrangements between the buyer and that reseller. Standard website orders and payments are fulfilled by Impundu under these terms.
Liability and law
Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Consumer Protection Act or other South African law. These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.
