Impundu Hygiene Services respects your privacy and processes personal information in accordance with South African law, including POPIA.

Account and contact details, delivery addresses, order and payment status, reseller or establishment application information, uploaded proof of payment, and technical information needed to secure the service. Card details are handled by Yoco and are not stored by Impundu.
How we use it
We use personal information to create accounts, process and fulfil orders, verify payments, manage reseller applications, provide customer support, prevent fraud, maintain business records, and send service-related notifications.
Sharing and storage
Information is shared only with service providers needed for payment, hosting, delivery, email, and support. We do not sell personal information. Records are retained only for operational, tax, legal, and fraud-prevention purposes, then securely deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
You may ask to access, correct, or delete eligible personal information, object to certain processing, or submit a complaint to South Africa's Information Regulator. Contact info@impundu.co.za for privacy requests.
Security
We use access controls, signed sessions, encrypted HTTPS connections, restricted uploads, backups, and activity monitoring. No online service is risk-free, so suspected privacy or security incidents should be reported promptly.
